WHEN THE POLICE START LOSING THEIR AUTHORITY, VICTIMS OF CRIME START LOSING THEIR PROTECTION
I opened the ’20 Minutes Gazette’ this morning and had to get help to translate the article inside titled, ‘Une garde à vue est parfois une zone de non-droit’.
Here is a man – Valentin Gendrot – who had deceived his way into the French Police Force, simply by passing a test and wearing the blue uniform. He did not tell the police that he was a journalist, nor did he disclose that he was going to publish a book exploiting the French Police, who are already losing their authority over criminals they arrest who often can’t be jailed.
I’ve done a lot of anti-corruption publishing myself and I can tell you, ‘that Freedom of Speech is one thing but calculated deception for personal gain is another’ (a crime in most countries but apparently not in France). Local police have told me that only some of the things he has published are true and the rest is bullshit. His aim was obviously to sell his book and hit the headlines at a time, when the French Police Force is already under strain and their authority in question.
Police systems and procedures are secret for a very good reason, and for the protection of the state they should never be disclosed to anyone outside the Police Force. They enable the most complicated tasks to function for the protection of victims and also help in the development of national security, among other things. Who wouldn’t want that, maybe China and Russia?
The French Police are constantly under attack by the media and the wider community, who aim to exaggerate every wrong doing; however, all the justice the French Police bring to the community is quickly forgotten and the daily violence against our local police doesn’t even make an article in the local newspaper.
We forgot very quickly about the French Police Man (an incident South of France, after the Bataclan), who died in the hands of terrorists to save a citizen of this country who was held hostage by them. We also forgot about our hero’s who took the front line during a serious of terrorist attacks in 2015, that hit France, the hardest…
After the blood shed and the loss of innocent French lives in 2015, the police tried to enforce French Democracy by telling Muslims to take off their head scarves because it represents the enslavement of women, which is prohibited in France; and the media had a field day trying to claim racism, but is it really racism when you consider the following information?
For example; in the view of Islam and it’s holy Quran, women had been created solely so that men could beget male children upon them. Except for the occasional wealthy sheikh, who could afford to collect and keep a whole hive of certified virgins, to be used on time apiece and then discarded, few Muslim men utilized women for their sexual enjoyment; it is of the opinion that males were vastly superior to females, and infinitely more to be treasured; any Muslim male was far more sexually responsive and delightful than any Muslim female, whose private parts had been deadened by circumcision so that when she has grown to womanhood, she could be devoid of natural sexual desires – a passive pulp with no function but to dribble out as many children as possible in her bleak lifetime – the catholic nuns in a convent are regarded as shameful women and even prostitutes for having their clitoris’s intact.
It’s no wonder Muslims are dubbed a threat to democracy in the Western World – this is not Islamaphobia (a profitable label for the media) – this is the protection of civil liberties and fundamental human rights; immigrants, including Muslims, that come here to enjoy their freedom have a responsibility to adapt to democratic rules and respect the laws of this country.
In my opinion and through my own observations, the French Police are too soft and need more support from their newly appointed minister, to apply force where it is deemed necessary to enforce the law. After the last protest – Black Lives Matter – the French Police have lost their rights to arrest in a traditional fashion; and now they have to deal with all the bullshit published in this book by Valentin Gendrot.
…and the European Union is loving this publication with first the division between the people and the police, then the division between the police and the Fire-fighters and now we are witnessing the division between the French Police, who NOW have to be careful who they trust within the police force; and the suicide epidemic will only worsen.
I have a first cousin on my father’s side who is in a special unit of the Italian Police Force that takes down Mafia Gangland Members, from the top down (and he’s not scared of anyone); it’s a tough job and he will be the first to tell you how tough the Italian Police are but they have to be to enforce the law or nobody listens. The Italian’s are dealing with the Mafia and the French are dealing with terrorists; police from both these countries have to be tough on crime but for some reason, the French community doesn’t seem understand that.
The French Police are not protected enough for the job they have to do every day and it’s important to note that they have the second highest suicide rates in the country; but no one seems to be paying attention to the details, they just read the headlines and swallow all that bullshit form the media like it’s gospel!
We must work together to support each other because UNITED the French, will not be beaten but divided they will fall.
