My first application for a permit/authorisation via AUTO-ENTREPRENEUR was made on the 10th August, 2019. The council office in the 12th district only authorised 2 days last year.
I politely pursued this office on four different occassions in 2019, to extend the life of my permit. I was denied an official appointment on all four visits and told to seek permission from the Prefecture of Police. I complied without an argument.
In November of 2019, staff at the Perfecture of Police in Paris, were unable to schedule an appintment to grant an extention on my permit, however, I was informed at reception that any local police station can place a demand directly to the Prefecture of Police to approve my permit for 12 months or more.
Yesterday I typed up a formal request to the Commissariat Central de Police du 1er arrondisement (and had it translated in French), to consider extending my permit to 12 months by putting in a demand to the Prefecture of Police on my behalf, and today (10th March, 2020), I tried to action it in person.
I was re-directed to the 3rd District Police Station, who rightfully handle all the administration. This instruction I think was correct, as it is my experience that police at the 1st district station are very reliable.
On foot I made my way over first to the Prefecture of Police in the 4th District, who advised me to go to their other office, on the other side of the water near Notre Dame, and then to the 3rd District Police Station. There was without a doubt a communicaiton barrier.
I followed instructions that were written for me on a piece of paper and it lead me to the Viza Office on the 1st floor of the Perfecture of Police near Notre Dame. This obviously was not the right office for me because my second citizenship is from another EU Member State, which means I can legally work here in Paris without a Viza.
I went down stars to room 201, as advised and was sent back to the Prefecture of Police in the 4th District, on the other side of the water; who helped me with directions to the 3rd District Police Station in Paris.
I waited outside for an English speaking duty officer, as instructed, and was later helped by a detective from the 1st district police station (where I put up my tent every night), who arrived with his colleague's and advised me to go to the council office in the 1st District, to give them the details of how I would be selling my artwork on the streets and where I want to do this. So I did exactly this and unfortunately the council in the 1st district, couldn't help me; I did all this by myself today and that it how I always do things. It's not necessary to involve people in personal tasks that I can do for myself.
Outside of the 1st district council office was a lady waiting for me, that I have never seen before, nor demanded her company, a complete stranger who seemed to know alot about me.
She informed me that my husband's lawyer, Ms Uzan, has commissioned people who know very well my daily routine, to obstruct my opportunities for a permit to earn money; and all this because he has made serious allegations of drug use and prostitution against me, which he intends to use as a defence in court to give him legal grounds to with hold maintenance payments, refusing to continue my rent upon ceasing cohabitation, and forcing me into homelessness.
If I am granted a permit in Paris that enables me to earn money, and there is still NO EVIDENCE OF DRUG USE WHAT SO EVER, my husband will be liable for full damages over the entire five years that I have spent outside, mainly for the reduction of living standards, defamation of character and endangering my life, to say the least... then she entered a taxi and left after telling me to keep pursuing this permit. She mentioned the involvement of an American man that drives a scooter with registration plates CS274Q; and that if I see that scooter parked anywhere near my tent location, to notify the police immediately for stalking concerns so that they get his correct identification (apparantly he is a key player on behalf of my husband and carries two different identification documents). 'Hmmm, interesting but I'm not going to start living in fear or watching my back' I said back to her;;; and recorded his number plate anyway, as per her instructions.
I raced over to the bibliothèque diderot grands moulins, to record all this online via this post, as I will be refering back to it later on.
I arrived at 5pm and had to ask permission to use this library again because of the membership requirements costing 34euro's, which has seen to my absence for the past week, since 3rd of March 2020; and set back my studies on Psychology Topics that I need to know for the entrance exam at the end of this scholastic year...
The last day I was (here) at this library, was on Monday the 2nd of March and I haven't been back since beause I can't afford to pay for a membership, which is the reason I was pursing this permit again, to obviously earn the money to continue my studies at this library.
The bibliothèque diderot grands moulins, is the only Public Library in Paris that have all the books I need in English.
