In addition to last night’s diary notes, posted after midnight (8/8/20), I’d like to add the following information.
I’m currently in communication with an anti-corruption investigative reporter from Italy who has informed me – the files that were illegally cross referenced from Australia to Europe, containing fabricated evidence on a closed case, have made their way to France, EUROPOL (Europe Police) in Lyon; and apparently, they’ve been here for the past two years.
The files have since visited The European Courts of Human Rights, Strazbourg, France in 2018; which may have contributed to the rejection of my application for a breach of Human Rights, a reduction of living standards, loss of enjoyment (despite a happy disposition) and endangering my life (the right to safety and security); and a violation of my right to the core basic needs, food, adequate clothing, shelter, etc…
The files were compiled in Australia, are defamatory and outdated, and contain information on a marriage fraud in my name that I did NOT consent and also key witness statements based were on bribes
Since my arrival to Europe, December 26th, 2012, and through the ordeal of homelessness during the entire six years, THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SAID FILES; conveniently, the second opinion was missing, that gave a clearance to any mental health concerns and stated, in the conclusion, “…there are no signs of a mental health disorder, just a strong sense for justice”.
The files make reference to a Mental Health Disorder that places the community in Danger; someone who is a danger to the community and requires on going treatment…
They also make reference to uncontrollable violence and unprovoked aggression that without medication, can not be contained (none of which have any evidence to support them)
They mention false allegations of child abuse that has led to deformity and neglect; and conveniently, a loss of memory from the patient –which was supposed to be me – but my memory is as excellent as my intelligence
These files are in Hard Copy only;;; in Malta, they were passed around from one police station to the next; police were told that I CAN FOOL MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS? If that was true, I would have convinced medical practitioners to release my back to my children, during detainment…
In addition, the files were also shown to the association of lawyers and to doctors from the local hospital, who were waiting for a repeat admission but didn’t get one, because there was no evidence to support their claims…
Four applications (for four consecutive years) to the University of Malta, to study a BA in Psychology, have been failed on illegitimate grounds; The University of Malta, allegedly has ties to Russia, and is its own entity. Their selection criteria is independent…
The late Daphne Caruana-Galizia, a Maltese anti-corruption investigative reporter dubbed the most fearless, had viewed the said files and communicated her findings via email; she was enquiring (at commencement of investigations) about EUROPOL’S involvement in the illegal cross reference of the said files (that was effectively robbing me of enjoyment and the opportunity for personal advancement), to ascertain on what grounds did EUROPOL have the right to accept the said files on a closed case; she said, it’s like being trialled twice!
In Malta, the files have obstructed every opportunity for advancement in relationships, employment and the pursuit of a higher education (involving plain cloths police based on bribes) – all are violations of Human Rights – and apparently, the files came to France, with my husband, who followed me to Paris, on commission to continue the violations, on behalf of EUROPOL and The Australian Federal Police, who have a mutual goal for silence. Their aim is not to kill me because then they would prove me right (and my family in Australia, can sue heavily for that) although they told my husband they want to; ideally their aim is to prove a Mental Health Disorder that supports the fabricated evidence contained in the said files and they’ve been trying to do this since my arrival, based on high end bribes. They simply can’t afford the community to see my innocence. *It’s important to note that I am in communication with a highly qualified pro-bono lawyer here in Paris, who has not yet promised to take the case for litigation but is currently investigating what he calls ‘a golden opportunity’. Core content of the said files have been forwarded for consideration. This action follows the most recent interference/obstruction to the opportunity for a relationship with a French Police Officer, who may have been shown the contents of the illegal files that travelled here to Paris, with my husband (as mentioned above); which would have without a doubt, caused him to pursue his interests elsewhere. I respect couples in a relationship, it’s not a problem with me BUT CORRUPTION IS!!!
