TRENTESTA: Betrayed Not Beaten.

The fight for justice and the right to education; ...she said, "if you sit that exam and you pass and the Malta University still deny you entry, there is something wrong with them not with you!"

THE BIGGER PICTURE

What would it look like to have a working society, where women were counted as equals alongside men and living a life free from violence?

As a community it is our collective responsibility to ensure we are doing everything in our power to achieve safer communities for our children and our children’s children. Gone are the days where it was once acceptable to turn a blind eye to abuse. We need to make it our business to report any incidents of violence against women to police, that you may witness as a result of living in the area or perhaps you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time because it could be your daughter next.

Women are dying from this epidemic because good people in small communities like ours are doing nothing!

I mean what’s it take to pick up the phone and dial 112 as an anonymous person to help someone in need, to help a women who is being violated and abused and next time, possibly killed?

I want you to strongly consider what sort of a community you want your children to grow up in; and for all those who have daughters who one day will leave your care, I want to think how you would feel if the police came knocking on your door one day to gave you the news about how she died in a violent attack behind closed doors, because no one picked up the phone when she was crying out for help?

Even if it’s not your daughter, it’s still your problem if you do nothing!

JUSTIFICATION

https://au.linkedin.com/in/anneagius The 'Speak Up' Campaign was established to raise awareness for children and women in this country who are experiencing Domestic Violence and what's worse, suffering in silence. Violence against women and specifically gender based violence is an extensive Human Rights Abuse that we can no longer afford to overlook. 42,000 women across 28 member states of the European Union were asked about their experiences of physical, sexual and psychological violence, including incidence of intimate partner violence... What emerges is a picture of extensive abuse that affects many women’s lives but is systematically under reported to authorities (a) in fear of not being believed and (b) in fear of not finding the help after reporting incidents of abuse; there is still a lack of awareness. Only 14% of women reported their most serious incident of intimate partner violence to the police... It is clear with the publication of these results, that the time is now ripe to address violence against women on the basis of the evidence supplied by the EU Wide Survey carried over 28 countries. (http://media.wix.com/ugd/bf9277_f423df924a1243be8bb08a54ab6eac48.pdf) To 'Stop the Silence to STOP THE VIOLENCE', we need your sponsorship, as the problem is now at epidemic proportions and numbers are still on the rise; please refer to the attached document titled 'Seeking Sponsorship'... To the business who contribute by way of sponsorship, you will (a) As a business be recognised for supporting a local and humain cause that can not be put on hold any longer and your business will also be mentioned on material generating attention on a mass scale; the booklets, DL Stickers, McDonalds Food Trays (paper placemats), T-Shirts, Hat's and Flags - a total of 107,000. Malta, please remember that by working together on this project, we can be the European Leaders for the Prevention and Minimisation of Gender Based Violence, because to Violence Against Women, ...SAY NO MORE!

BACKGROUND

I was 23, when I blew the whistle on a police officer who raped a fourteen year old Aboriginal Girl; he was on his second admonishment notice nearing dismissal. His only brother was in the Australian Federal Police Force.

A single mother of two young children, hunted down like an animal for seven long years until the police in collaboration with the Department of Child Protection finally took both my children, falsifying evidence against me to enforce a restraining order that prevented contact with my children.

Unrelenting attempts made to silence me through the Mental Health System, I was subjected to incorrect medical reporting by the treating psychiatrist, who was getting her information from the police and medicated for condition I did not suffer, their only hope to sedate my fight for justice. But God's will was stronger and drawing on the chant of the Holy Rosary, I jumped the barbwire fence and escaped bleeding from the institution that detained me by way of fraud (...a second opinion clearing her of all Mental Health Concerns).

Upon formally requesting to view the information written by medical staff next to my name - Under the Freedom of Information Act - hospital files and 'important notes' started disappearing from the filing cabinet and some put under protected evidence, which prevented any opportunity to argue against. This method is popular for psychiatric patients deemed a danger to the community, for example serial rapists and murderers, but I was not one of them.

THE MISSING DOCUMENTS FROM MY HOSPITAL FILES WERE WHAT THE POLICE USED, AS EVIDENCE IN THE FAMILY COURTS, TO HAVE MY CHILDREN PERMANENTLY REMOVED FROM MY CARE.

In a third opinion by another leading consultant psychiatrist from an independant hospital, I was deemed depressed as a result of an event (the loss of children) and NOT because of a chemical imbalance in the brain; and not psychotic, and not schizophrenic, and certainly not a danger to the community with no signs of drug use what so ever; which was a more accurate diagnosis by someone who did their job, who did not deem medication necessary, as part of the treatment.

...They were successful in removing my children permanently from my care but they failed to beat me.

Upon my arrival in Malta (my mother's birth country), The Australian Federal Police illegally cross-referenced me passing around a file they fabricated and involved EUROPOL, which destroyed my new marriage; they forced spousal separation motivated by way of bribery and crimes of corruption; and eventually forced into homelessness BUT I COMMITTED NO CRIME.

A Maltese Investigative reporter dubbed the most “Fearless”, who was investigating the case, was murdered in a car bomb four weeks after receiving six witness statements secretly signed by police, falsifying evidence of Drugs and Prostitution against me; that would have ultimately seen to deportation back to Australia – the Palace Prison Down Under - evidence was was in the early stages of thorough investigations by the said reporter and under the microscope were six key suspects:

  • The Minister of Home Affaris and National Security of Malta

  • The Female President of Malta

  • The Minister for Energy of the Maltese Labour Party - Konrad Missi

  • RTI Forensics - Mike Gordon, PE

  • Deputy Executive Director of Europol - Mr de Eusebio (who is said to be connected to Donald Tusk)

Prior to her execution, Daphne Caruana-Galizia alleged she was warned by EU Officials to co-operate with them and destroy the documents (six witness statements), but she refused.

Hours before her death, her last words were “the enemy is everywhere you look now, the situation is desperate”.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

We are all born into this world with a purpose - a life calling - and it's no secret that we are here for a short time. Some roles are more challenging than others, however, I strongly believe that God picks his strongest soldiers to do his toughest jobs, and he made me strong and gutsy for a good reason and with that he gave me bonuses to ensure I am adequately compensated for what's to come; beauty is a bonus, wisdom is a bonus and so is intelligence and I've got it all and I Thank God.

In the beginning I had to survive my birth. The doctor said to my father, 'pick one, they are not both going to make it', my mother was loosing too much blood and my heart was beating very slow inside her womb (and slowing down), there was no amniotic fluid left and I was getting cold. My dad picked my mother to survive over me and he had to sign off his rights so he couldn't sue the hospital for my death, as I was not expected to experience life. His understanding was that my mother came into this world before me and has given him two other children and therefore her place in the family took precedence, as a key figure. What he didn't know at the time was that I didn't need anyone on my side because it was The Lord who picked me to survive.

When I was born I was cold because no one held me, while the medical staff were too busy working on my mother to keep her alive that they forgot about me lying naked in the tub, but God never forgets his own and he gave me a big hug that warmed my heart and kept it beating until the blankets arrived, and then the milk.

Well here I am now ready to give it all I've got to study politics, inspired by role models like Margaret Thatcher, Britain's first female prime minister who served three consecutive terms in office and was one of the most dominant political figures of 20th Century, and then of course there is Australia's own, Julia Gillard who became Australia's 27th Prime Minister and the first woman to hold the office. Politics give people with no voice a voice and those who have one, the opportunity to make much needed changes in under developed countries like this one, a country that despite the culture clash, is very much close to my heart. I am a slow reader with dyslexic traits (mainly spelling and spacial) and I am going to have to work harder than most, and I am hungry and ready for it (...this formed part of my Motivational Letter to the Malta University); the Malta University failed my application to enter as a mature aged student requiring no documents, for four consecutive years.

DISCLAIMER: 28/2/2020

(this post will be posted tomorrow)

I am living in Paris, France, starting my life again, trying again to enter into University here to Study a BA in Psychology. I spend every day at a Library that is open to the public, belonging to Bibliothèque des Grands Moulins | BU Paris Diderot - the only one that has all the books I need in English - studying the topics of the syllabus available online so that I can sit the biology test required to get in as a mature aged applicant. I aim to be accepted in the next scholastic year.

TODAY IS MY SON'S 22ND BIRTHDAY. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BLAKE.

WE WIL NOT BE SILENCED,

WE WILL NOT LIVE IN FEAR,

WE WILL NOT BE BEATEN!
